  • EDVANTIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • EDVANTIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM INVESTMENT DECISIONS YOU MAKE
  • EDVANTIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR DATA ERRORS OR DELAYS

(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply.)

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state where Edvantia is headquartered (excluding conflict-of-law principles).

Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice through the Service or email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
